Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
Markets reward preparation, not blind faith. This page sets out — plainly and in full — the risks of investing, the limits of our research and signals, and the important fact that everything we publish is for information and education, never a guarantee of profit. Please read it carefully before you rely on anything on this site.
01 General Disclaimer
The information, tools, research, dashboards, trading signals, courses, newsletters and other materials made available by ProfitPulse Capital (“ProfitPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) across www.profitpulsecapital.com, our applications, emails, community channels and events (together, the “Services”) are provided for general information and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer, solicitation, inducement or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or financial instrument, nor a representation that any particular investment or strategy is suitable for any specific person. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Disclaimer in full, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02 Not Investment Advice
Our content is not personalised investment, legal, accounting or tax advice and does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance or particular needs. We are a research and financial-education firm — we are not your fiduciary, broker or portfolio manager unless a separate, signed engagement expressly says so.
Before acting on any idea, price level, opinion or piece of analysis you encounter here, you must independently evaluate whether it is appropriate for you and, where needed, consult a suitably qualified and registered professional. Any decision you make, and the consequences of that decision, remain solely and entirely yours.
Treat everything on ProfitPulse as an input to your own research and judgement — never as an instruction to place a trade.
03 Market Risk Disclosure
Investing and trading in securities, commodities, currencies and derivatives carry substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire invested capital. Prices are driven by forces beyond anyone’s control — economic cycles, interest rates, corporate events, liquidity, currency moves, global sentiment and unforeseen “black-swan” shocks. Specific risks include, but are not limited to:
- Equities can fall sharply and stay depressed for long periods; an individual stock can lose most or all of its value.
- Futures, options and other leveraged products (F&O) can move against you very quickly. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses and can produce losses that exceed the margin you deposited.
- Intraday and short-term trading involves frequent transaction costs, taxes and slippage, and the risk of rapid, compounding drawdowns.
- Illiquid, small-cap or thinly traded instruments may be difficult to exit at a fair price, especially in stressed markets.
Trading in leveraged derivatives is not suitable for most investors. A large majority of retail participants who trade intraday and F&O lose money. Never trade with borrowed funds, emergency savings or money you cannot afford to lose.
04 No Guarantee of Results & Past Performance
We do not promise, guarantee or warrant any specific return, profit, income or outcome. No content on the Services should be read as an assurance that you will make money or avoid losses. References to potential gains describe possibilities, never certainties, and are always accompanied by the risk of loss.
Any performance figures, back-tests, model portfolios, sample trades or historical results shown on the Services are illustrative and hypothetical. They may not reflect actual trading, may not fully account for costs, taxes, slippage, liquidity or the emotional realities of live execution, and benefit from hindsight that was not available in real time.
A strategy, analyst, fund or signal that performed well in the past may underperform, stagnate or lose money in the future. Historical returns are not a reliable indicator of what happens next.
05 Trading Signals & Research Limitations
Our signals, watchlists, price levels, targets and research reflect the honest, good-faith opinion of our analysts at the time of publication, based on data and assumptions we believe to be reasonable. They are opinions, not certainties, and they carry real limitations:
- Markets can invalidate any thesis. Our calls can be — and sometimes are — wrong.
- Timing matters. A signal that is delivered, received or acted upon even minutes late may carry a materially different risk/reward than we intended.
- Entries, targets and stop-losses are illustrations of a disciplined framework, not directives. You alone are responsible for your order placement and execution.
- We, our analysts or our affiliates may hold or transact in instruments we write about. We manage this through internal policies, but you should assume potential conflicts of interest may exist.
- Our opinions can change without notice as new information arrives, and we are under no obligation to update, correct or withdraw previously published material.
06 Third-Party Content & Data Accuracy
Parts of the Services rely on data, quotes, charts, news, ratings and tools supplied by third parties. While we select sources we consider reliable, we do not independently verify, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continued availability of that information. Prices and figures shown may be delayed, indicative or illustrative rather than live, and index and stock references such as NIFTY 50, SENSEX or individual scrips are used for demonstration unless clearly marked otherwise.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement. Any reliance you place on third-party material is entirely at your own risk.
07 Testimonials & Illustrative Data
Testimonials, reviews, ratings, success stories and case studies on the Services reflect the individual experiences of specific members. They are not a promise of, or a proxy for, your results, may not be representative of all clients, and are not independently audited unless we expressly state so.
Individual results vary widely based on skill, discipline, capital, risk appetite, time horizon and prevailing market conditions. Screenshots, sample portfolios, allocation charts and figures across the Services are used to demonstrate concepts and product features — they are illustrative and should never be interpreted as typical, expected or promised outcomes.
08 Regulatory Note
ProfitPulse Capital provides research, analytical tools and financial education. Our general content is not a substitute for advice from a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or a SEBI-registered Research Analyst engaged for your specific circumstances. Where we offer a service that requires such registration, that service is provided under the applicable registration and governed by a separate agreement that discloses the relevant registration details, scope and fees.
Regulations governing securities, investment advice and financial promotions differ by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful where you live. Always read all scheme-related and offer documents carefully and carry out your own due diligence before investing.
Verify any adviser’s registration on the official regulator record, understand every fee, and never invest based solely on social-media posts, unsolicited tips or forwarded messages.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfitPulse Capital and its directors, employees, analysts, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage — including loss of profits, capital, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or your reliance on any information contained in them, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
