Run the numbers

Interactive calculators

Two of our most-used tools, right here in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere — change any value and the result updates instantly.

Position Size Calculator

Size a trade so a single loss never exceeds your risk budget.

Suggested quantity
Capital at risk
Position value

Enter your capital, risk %, entry and stop-loss to size the trade.

Illustrative only — not investment advice. Position sizing does not eliminate the risk of loss.

SIP Future Value Calculator

See how a monthly investment could grow over time, illustratively.

Estimated future value
Total invested
Estimated gains

Assumes a constant return, compounded monthly. Real returns vary and can be negative.

Illustrative projection, not a guarantee. Markets fluctuate and past performance does not predict future results.

Market glossary

A few of the terms you'll meet most often. The full glossary covers 200+ definitions across trading, investing and the economy.

Stop-loss
A pre-set price at which you exit a losing position to cap the damage. Deciding your stop before you enter — and honouring it — is the core of risk-managed trading.
Position sizing
Choosing how many shares or lots to buy so that a single trade risks only a small, fixed slice of your capital. It matters more to long-term outcomes than being right on any one call.
SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)
Investing a fixed amount at regular intervals — usually monthly — regardless of price. This averages your entry cost over time and builds a disciplined, automatic habit.
P/E ratio
Price-to-earnings ratio — a stock's price divided by its earnings per share. It's a quick read on how much investors are paying for each rupee of profit, useful only in context with peers and growth.
Beta
A measure of how much a stock tends to move relative to the broader market. A beta above 1 suggests larger swings than the index; below 1 suggests smaller ones.
Drawdown
The peak-to-trough decline in a portfolio or strategy over a period. Watching your maximum drawdown keeps expectations honest and helps you size risk you can actually live with.
